Head of Commercial – AI (100% Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead AI‑focused go‑to‑market initiatives. This senior position is fully remote and reports directly to the department founder, working with a world‑class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute 0‑to‑1 commercial strategies for cutting‑edge AI products.
• Translate high‑level vision into concrete roadmaps, moving from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable commercial solutions and drive critical milestones for rapid growth.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to align product development with market needs.
• Position the department for potential spin‑off and attract institutional backing.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to remote arrangements).
• High‑agency builder mindset with proven end‑to‑end ownership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
