Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Milrem Robotics, Europe's leading developer of autonomous ground systems, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to act as its strategic people partner for the Business Development, Administration and Operations divisions. The role sits at the intersection of business and people: partnering with leaders across functions, shaping people strategy and influencing organisational decisions, while also supporting leaders with day-to-day people challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with leaders across business functions, understand their priorities and strengthen leadership capability
• Help build high-performing teams in a dynamic, evolving international environment
• Shape people strategy and influence organisational decisions
• Drive key initiatives such as total rewards, workforce planning and organisational development
• Support leaders with the day-to-day people challenges of a growing international business

Required profile

• At least 5 years of HR Business Partnering experience
• Genuine curiosity for how different business functions operate and succeed
• Comfortable discussing organisational strategy with senior leaders and helping managers with day-to-day people matters
• Uses data and insight to inform decisions while keeping the people behind the numbers in sight
• Pragmatic, collaborative and able to get things done in an international environment
