Technical Recruiter (FTC Contract)

About the role

Wise, a global technology company focused on moving and managing money across borders, is looking for a Technical Recruiter in Tallinn under a full-time fixed-term contract. The recruiter manages the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering roles, working with hiring teams and the wider People team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, so candidates and hiring managers have a seamless experience.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand their needs, define hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Source and engage top engineering talent using approaches beyond traditional job boards.
• Build a strong talent pipeline and a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Work with Employer Branding and Marketing teams on recruitment campaigns and events.
• Use data to identify hiring blockers and optimise processes for scalability.
• Collaborate with the People team to align hiring with onboarding, talent mapping and compensation benchmarking.

Required profile

• 2 years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally in tech or product roles.
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent with innovative, data-driven approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
