Junior Key Account Manager (Temporary Contract)

About the role

Mars is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager in Estonia on a temporary contract. The role supports the development of strategic customer partnerships and drives business growth across the snacking category, working closely with key retail and convenience channel customers. It covers commercial negotiations, promotional planning, sales analysis and the execution of brand strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts and agree on joint business plans aligned with the Mars Snacking vision.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the main point of contact, providing proactive, responsive service.
• Drive category growth by supporting sales and marketing activities.
• Own the P&L and forecasting of customers, and be responsible for trade expenditure and condition/pricing management.
• Negotiate and sell in annual account plans, and implement agreed listing and distribution targets.
• Share customer insights and trends with the Demand team so the right offers and materials are created.
• Actively seek opportunities to grow business with each key account.

Required profile

• Education to degree level or equivalent.
• Spoken and written English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Experience in negotiating and using insights, and preferably previous customer experience covering product, placement, promotion and/or pricing.
• Experience in field sales, customer management and customer marketing is an advantage.

• Base pay of EUR 2,930.30 to EUR 4,029.08 per month gross, depending on experience and skills.
