Sales Specialist - Personal Protection Equipment

About the role

MR Safe OÜ, a small growing company in Rae vald, Estonia, sells personal protection equipment and services. It is looking for a full-time hybrid Sales Specialist, with part of the work done from home. The role covers finding new sales opportunities, managing existing clients and presenting solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and manage existing client relationships
• Present product and service solutions, hold sales meetings and demonstrations, and prepare proposals
• Negotiate terms and follow through to closing and post-sale support
• Provide product training to customers and help improve sales processes

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales or related experience is beneficial; technical or product-based sales experience is an advantage
• A vocational qualification or degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field is beneficial
• Fluency in Estonian and English is mandatory; Russian is an advantage

• Communication: clear verbal and written communication and active listening
• Customer service: handling inquiries, resolving issues and keeping positive client relationships
• Sales: lead generation, prospecting, negotiation and closing deals
• Organization and time management, with attention to detail and follow-through
