Senior Sales Lead (Account Executive Team Lead)

About the role

Cachet is a Techstars-backed insurtech protecting riders, drivers and fleets across 18 EU markets for partners such as Bolt, VOI, Ryde and Turo. It is looking for a Senior Sales Lead who will lead its Account Executive team and also carry their own new business quota, with roughly a 50/50 split between leading and selling. The role reports to the CRO.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and grow the Account Executive team and hire as the team scales
• Sell to Tier-2 accounts from a warm desk, running deals from discovery to close
• Raise the bar on pipeline quality, sales hygiene and process
• From 2027, help take the commercial model into new markets

Required profile

• 5+ years in senior B2B sales, with a strong new business track record
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring salespeople
• A clear view of where the standard SaaS playbook falls short for a solution like theirs
• Consultative, trusted-advisor style
• Insurance, insurtech or mobility experience is a strong plus
