About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial individual to own and operate its football platform in Tallinn. You will lead the creation of a vibrant local football community, using the company’s mobile app and proven technology.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the local player community through outreach and events.
• Secure football venues and establish partnership agreements.
• Recruit, train and manage Official Hosts who run the games.
• Lead marketing and community‑building initiatives to increase participation.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality game experiences week after week.

• Passionate football enthusiast with strong knowledge of the Tallinn market.
• Entrepreneurial self‑starter who enjoys taking ownership of a business.
• Proven ability to build relationships and lead a local community.
