Logistics Support Lead

About the role

The Logistics Support Lead will oversee end‑to‑end distribution operations, ensuring timely deliveries, strong 3PL performance, and high service quality. You will focus on cost optimisation, operational excellence and continuous improvement across fleet, warehouse and logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage country‑wide distribution activities, including warehouse, fleet and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Monitor, analyse and improve 3PL performance and service level agreements.
• Control logistics costs, prepare budgets and track performance KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and company standards.
• Resolve logistics issues promptly to support customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the logistics function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Estonian, Russian and English.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
