Medical Affairs Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Medical Affairs Coordinator to join our Medical Affairs team in Tallinn. This hybrid position supports the department’s daily operations and ensures smooth communication across internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Medical Affairs department.
• Prepare intradepartmental announcements, newsletters, surveys and presentations.
• Maintain departmental tracking and metrics tools.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction training for new, promoted or contracted Medical Affairs staff.
• Develop reports for Medical Affairs management.
• Maintain knowledge libraries and track training compliance.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• At least one year of relevant administrative or clerical experience.
• Experience in the clinical research industry (CRO or pharma) is a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Russian.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Access.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word.
