About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive sales associate to join our Kristiine store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous and helpful customer service on the shop floor.
• Advise customers on product selection to meet their needs.
• Arrange merchandise according to the store’s visual and sales concepts.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the sales area and stockroom.
• Prepare the store for seasonal campaigns and promotional events.

Required profile

• Strong focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Enjoy interacting with and assisting customers.
• Friendly team player with good physical stamina.
• Ability to work quickly and professionally.
• Minimum B1 level proficiency in Estonian.
• Looking for a stable, long‑term position in a successful company.
