About the role

Join the Circle K team at the Männimäe service station in Viljandi as a part‑time sales and customer‑service associate. You will work in a fast‑paced yet friendly environment, providing essential services to customers while enjoying flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the cash register and provide friendly service.
• Receive deliveries, unpack merchandise and stock shelves.
• Prepare fast‑food items according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the service station.

Required profile

• Interest in direct customer interaction.
• Preference for a job close to home.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
• Responsible, friendly and good communicator.
• Adult (18+ years) with at least B1 level Estonian language proficiency.

• Base salary of €635 gross for a 0.5 FTE, rising to €680 after the trial period.
• Night‑shift premium (50 % extra) and monthly sales bonus, resulting in a total gross range of €735‑€835.
