About the role

Join SEB's Customer Service division in Võru as a Banking Advisor. You will support everyday banking needs of private and business clients across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, helping them find the best solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on routine banking questions and recommend suitable products and services.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trustworthy relationships with customers.
• Introduce SEB’s portfolio of banking products, tailoring offers to individual needs.
• Contribute ideas for product and service improvements based on client feedback.

Required profile

• Motivation to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork abilities.
• Responsible, precise, positive attitude and good stress tolerance.
• Fluency in Estonian, English and Russian at conversational level.
