About the role

We are looking for a senior finance professional to lead our accounting and financial management functions. The role combines strategic partnership with the executive team and hands‑on oversight of all financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage financial accounting, reporting and budgeting.
• Control cash flow, working capital and cost structures.
• Prepare financial analyses and management reports for senior leadership.
• Develop financial risk management and internal control processes.
• Lead, support and develop the finance team.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and production units to ensure accurate customer and order data in systems (Webcon, Volupack, Scala).
• Streamline finance processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, economics or accounting.
• Several years of experience as a chief accountant, finance manager or similar senior role.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, financial analysis and IFRS.
• Good understanding of tax legislation and business law.
• Excellent Estonian and English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Analytical mindset, initiative and business‑oriented thinking.
