Procurement Manager

About the role

Welltech, a global wellness technology company with Ukrainian roots, is looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead and scale its global procurement function. The role suits a proactive leader who understands procurement best practices, has strong business acumen and experience in a fast-paced international environment, and combines strategic thinking, operational excellence and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiations, renewals and terminations, ensuring favourable commercial terms and effective risk management.
• Lead strategic sourcing, tender processes, supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders on supplier selection, commercial decisions and purchasing strategy.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimise supplier spend and manage suppliers effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems and workflows, including hands-on configuration and optimisation of Jira and ERP systems.

Required profile

• 5-7+ years in procurement, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in international or multinational companies, preferably in the IT/tech industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance or a related field; certifications such as CIPS, CPSM or PMP are a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems (Workday, SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Analytical, negotiation and contract management skills.
• Understanding of procurement compliance and risk management.
• Team management, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
