Product Owner – eHealth Clinical Information System

About the role

As a Product Owner for the eHealth team, you will drive the development of Nortal’s clinical information system that consolidates patient data and supports real‑time clinical decisions. You will act as the bridge between hospital IT teams, doctors, healthcare specialists, and the development squad, ensuring the product solves the right problems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hospital stakeholders and the development team to keep the product moving forward.
• Own and maintain the product backlog: write user stories, prioritize items, and unblock the team.
• Partner with clients to gather requirements, define scope, and manage change requests.
• Support sprint planning, refinement, and track epic progress against budget and schedule.
• Represent end‑users by understanding clinical workflows and challenging unsuitable solutions.
• Produce documentation such as user stories, specifications, process flows, and assist with UAT and client sign‑off.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or System Analyst.
• Strong collaborative mindset and clear communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Confidence discussing technical topics like APIs and system integrations.
• Interest in exploring AI tools to add value to daily work.
• Fluent in Estonian and English.
