DevOps Engineer for Risk & Finance Reporting

About the role

Join Luminor's Risk & Finance Reporting team as a DevOps Engineer. You will ensure data products and reporting solutions are reliably deployed, monitored, and operated across cloud and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment and operation of workloads on AWS services such as S3, Athena, Glue, Kafka and Iceberg tables.
• Maintain DEV, TEST and PROD environments aligned with regulatory requirements and ensure configuration reproducibility.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging and alerting for data pipelines and applications.
• Collaborate with Data Platform, Data Engineers and Reporting Engineers to adopt standardized deployment and operational practices.
• Ensure security, auditability and compliance with GDPR, DORA and other regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and Spark‑based workloads (PySpark).
• Experience with streaming systems such as Kafka and modern data‑lake technologies like Iceberg.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Git‑based pipelines.
• Understanding of monitoring, observability and incident‑response practices in a financial environment.
• Fluent English communication skills for pan‑Baltic collaboration.
