Project Manager – Customer Feedback (Baltics)

About the role
Swedbank is looking for a Project Manager to lead the development of the customer feedback process across the Baltic region. You will ensure systematic collection of feedback, create new collection solutions and turn insights into actionable improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee customer feedback is collected according to agreed standards.
- Design and implement innovative tools for feedback gathering.
- Initiate, lead and deliver cross‑border projects within set timelines.
- Represent the Baltic Customer Feedback Area in organization‑wide initiatives.
- Maintain and continuously improve processes, practices and tools for consistent operation across Baltic countries.
- Perform qualitative analysis of feedback, generate insights and recommend enhancements to service processes and employee training.
- Collaborate with counterparts in Latvia, Lithuania and other Baltic units.
Required profile
- Higher education degree.
- Minimum 2 years of project‑management experience, preferably in international process‑development projects.
- Proven ability to work with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong project‑leadership skills and the capacity to align diverse opinions.
- Self‑leadership, structured working style and strategic mindset.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Effective communication with a wide range of cross‑border stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PowerPoint for visual communication.
- Very good written and spoken English (minimum B2, preferably C1).
