Quality Monitoring Analyst

About the role

Luminor is looking for a Quality Monitoring Analyst to strengthen its AML/KYC and EDD processes across the Pan‑Baltic region. You will coordinate daily quality‑assurance activities, support risk‑management projects, and provide training to ensure compliance standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute daily Quality Assurance tasks, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Perform QA checks, control effectiveness testing, and monitor screening, KYC and EDD operations.
• Identify, assess and propose solutions for compliance risks linked to business activities.
• Train and advise teams on identified deficiencies, best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular reports for the direct manager and Head of Department.
• Plan, deliver and follow‑up on personal tasks in line with quality standards, budget and company values.
• Collaborate with project teams to drive improvements and contribute to overall company performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with extensive knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC and EDD.
• Higher education in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong commitment to staying updated on procedural changes.
• Ability and willingness to train, support and coach colleagues.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, for Pan‑Baltic communication.
