Sales Assistant – French Market

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Assistant to support our French market operations. In this role you will manage customer information, process orders and prepare sales documentation using our internal business software. You will work closely with sales managers and interact daily with French‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare quotations, contracts and other sales paperwork.
• Assist sales managers with daily tasks and follow‑up activities.
• Communicate with French‑speaking customers via phone and email.
• Travel to European trade fairs and events as required.

Required profile

• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Fluent in French, English and Estonian (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel within Europe several times a year.
• Holder of a Category B driving licence.
