Sales Engineer / Account Manager – France Market Expansion

About the role

Fractory is expanding into the French market and seeks a Sales Engineer/Account Manager to lead this effort. You will be responsible for acquiring new engineering and manufacturing clients in France, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with internal technical teams to deliver value.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify outbound leads through calls, emails and social selling.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage the complete account lifecycle: onboarding, upselling, issue resolution and payment handling.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with French customers, including site visits when required.
• Work closely with Project Engineers, Estimators and operations to ensure smooth deal progression.
• Keep CRM (Salesforce) and the Fractory platform up‑to‑date.
• Identify buying patterns and new growth opportunities in the French market.

Required profile

• Proven outbound sales experience with a track record of revenue growth.
• Fluent in French and English (additional languages a plus).
• Understanding of engineering, manufacturing or sheet‑metal/CNC processes.
• Structured, fast‑moving and practical work style.
• Willingness to work from Tallinn or Tartu office part of the week.
