Sales Engineer / Account Manager – Swedish Market

About the role

Fractory is looking for a Sales Engineer/Account Manager to own and grow its Swedish market. Based in Estonia, you will act as the primary contact for Swedish engineering clients, driving new business and supporting existing accounts while collaborating closely with technical and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets through outbound prospecting and upselling.
• Manage the full account lifecycle – onboarding, issue resolution, payment handling and relationship building.
• Work with Project Engineers and Estimators to ensure smooth order delivery and project execution.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and keep the Fractory platform up‑to‑date.
• Identify customer buying patterns and propose new value‑adding opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent Swedish speaker residing in Estonia (or willing to relocate).
• Proven experience in outbound sales and revenue growth.
• Basic understanding of engineering or manufacturing concepts, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Practical, fast‑moving mindset with the ability to balance structure and agility.
• Willingness to work from the Tallinn or Tartu office at least part of the week.

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
