Senior Product Designer (Office-Based)
benrey · Tallinn
Job description
About the role
Benrey is a full-stack marketing agency handling paid media, creative, SEO, ASO, content, PR, brand protection and more. It is looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong UX and UI skills, who takes digital products from early concepts and user flows through prototypes, polished interfaces, design systems and developer handoff. The position is office-based in Tallinn.
Key responsibilities
- Design end-to-end digital product experiences, from early concepts and user flows to production-ready interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, interaction patterns and high-fidelity UI.
- Build and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Turn business requirements and user needs into simple, intuitive product solutions.
- Work closely with Product, Development, Marketing and Creative teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Review existing products, identify UX/UI problems and propose improvements.
- Use AI and rapid prototyping tools to explore ideas and validate directions faster.
- Present your work clearly, explain your reasoning and take ownership of design quality from concept to launch.
- Help raise the overall product design standard across Benrey and the brands it works with.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI, ideally on complex digital products.
- A strong portfolio showing real product work: problem, process, user flows, decisions and final result, not just polished screens.
- Experience building, maintaining or contributing to scalable design systems.
- Comfortable working with product managers, developers, marketers and stakeholders, and presenting your work to clients.
- Active use of AI tools for ideation, research, rapid prototyping and workflow improvement.
Required skills
- Strong Figma skills: components, variants, Auto Layout, Figma Agent, variables, libraries, prototyping and design systems.
- UX fundamentals, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, responsive design, typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes and developer-ready specifications.
- Using research, user feedback, product data and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Basic understanding of accessibility, web technologies or frontend logic is a plus.
What we offer
- Flexible working hours and paid annual leave.
- 3 paid sick days per year without a medical certificate.
- Private medical insurance fully covered.
- Stebby wellness platform.
- An office in the heart of Tallinn with a reserved parking spot.
- A guaranteed upward learning curve and a supportive, high-talent team.
