• Build automation and bring AI capabilities into production, with quality, evaluation, traceability and human oversight.
• Improve reliability, security and technical quality through system design, testing, code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building backend, distributed or data-intensive systems.
• Strong sense of ownership, able to lead technical initiatives from idea to production.
• Full-stack and product mindset, thinking about the complete user experience and using data to guide decisions.
• Clear communication and collaboration across engineering, product, operations and data teams.

Required skills

• Strong Java skills and experience with Spring and relational databases.
• Experience with asynchronous messaging.
• Nice to have: deploying machine learning or LLM-based systems in production, evaluating AI quality and cost, or building operational workflow and case management tools.
