Senior Warehouse Process Specialist – Material Handling

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Process Specialist to shape and transform material handling processes within our Supply Chain team in Tallinn. You will drive efficiency, quality and compliance by leading improvement initiatives and collaborating with local and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead improvement and development initiatives across material handling operations.
• Define project scope, engage stakeholders, coordinate activities and ensure successful delivery from idea to implementation.
• Monitor performance through key business metrics and drive results.
• Ensure compliance with internal requirements and industry standards; lead and participate in audits.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions and support onboarding.

Required profile

• Quickly understand end‑to‑end processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to analyse data, find root causes and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management; build strong relationships across functions and influence outcomes.
• Proactive ownership of projects, accountable for timelines, alignment and business results.
• Ability to lead change, secure commitment and ensure sustainable adoption of new processes.

Required skills

• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Project management expertise, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
