Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialist – Travel

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Swedish‑speaking Customer Support Specialist in the travel sector. You will assist customers in Swedish (and Norwegian) through phone, email and chat, helping them manage air, rail and hotel bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and chat inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on new bookings, re‑bookings, cancellations and modifications.
• Resolve routine issues related to travel products and services.
• Find tailored solutions to ensure a smooth journey for each customer.
• Maintain high service quality while adhering to shift schedules (8.5‑hour shifts, Monday‑Sunday, 9 AM‑8 PM).

Required profile

• Fluent in Swedish (or Norwegian) and proficient in English.
• Flexible and dynamic attitude, able to adapt to varying customer needs.
• Willingness to complete a full‑time training period, with part‑time options thereafter.
• Residency in Estonia or ability to work remotely from Estonia.
• Availability to start in the fall of 2026.

Required skills

• Swedish language proficiency.
• Norwegian language proficiency (optional).
• English language proficiency.
