About the role

We are looking for an Estonian‑speaking telephone agent to work from home. Your main purpose is to initiate contact with companies, map their interest in collaboration, share information and invite suitable contacts to our events.

Key responsibilities

• Call companies and identify the appropriate contact persons.
• Briefly present our partners’ activities and potential cooperation opportunities.
• Map each company’s interest in our services or joint projects.
• Invite company representatives to events, meetings and other initiatives.
• Record call outcomes and relevant information in the CRM.
• Pass feedback to the sales or project team.
• Conduct follow‑up calls and maintain ongoing communication with contacts.

Required profile

• Excellent command of written and spoken Estonian.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to call strangers.
• Previous experience in telephone work, customer service, sales or similar interaction roles.
• Ability to listen actively and steer conversations naturally.
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently.
• Good organisational skills and a goal‑oriented mindset.
