Talent Coach

About the role

Toptal is seeking a remote Talent Coach to join its Talent Coaching team. You will work with top‑tier engineers, designers, finance experts and other professionals, helping them overcome performance challenges and elevate their client service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one coaching on project management, communication and professionalism.
• Investigate past performance data and interview recordings to assess talent status.
• Design and deliver live webinars, group coaching sessions and individual workshops.
• Evaluate inbound coaching requests and select the most appropriate coaching method.
• Document coaching activities to measure impact and support ROI‑positive scaling.
• Monitor and improve coaching processes for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience coaching professionals with performance or communication issues.
• Strong analytical skills to review performance data and interview recordings.
• Ability to create and lead workshops and webinars.
• Excellent written and spoken English; resumes and communication must be in English.
• Comfortable working fully remote without visa sponsorship.
