About the role

GROHE Baltic is looking for a motivated university student to join the Order Management team on a part‑time basis. You will support order processing across the three Baltic countries, working closely with regional sales managers to ensure customers receive timely and accurate service.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP and CSD systems.
• Handle warranty reports, invoices and price information for customers.
• Monitor delivery dates and compile stock reports.
• Maintain invoice records and support billing activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program (technology, business, logistics or related field) with at least two years remaining.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curious, quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in Estonian and English; Russian is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP (experience preferred).
• Microsoft Excel.
• Google Workspace tools.
• Microsoft Office suite.
