Web Analyst (GA4, GTM & SQL)

About the role

We are seeking a Web Analyst with deep expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and SQL to transform raw data into actionable business insights. You will design measurement strategies, build dashboards and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support data‑driven decision making in an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and continuously optimise GA4 and GTM configurations to ensure data accuracy.
• Analyse and improve dataLayer coverage and structure for scalable data collection.
• Define custom dimensions, metrics and advanced event tracking aligned with business goals.
• Perform deep‑dive analyses using GA4, create custom reports and dynamic dashboards.
• Implement, test and troubleshoot marketing and tracking scripts.
• Partner with marketing, product and development teams to meet tracking specifications.
• Support A/B testing initiatives and broader business insight projects.
• Stay current with privacy regulations, GA4 updates and analytics best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex GA4 and GTM environments.
• Strong understanding of dataLayer architecture and ability to guide developers.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of translating technical setups into clear insights.
• Hands‑on experience with testing and QA of tracking implementations.
