About the role

Lindex is looking for a creative Decorator to shape the visual identity of its Rocca al Mare store. You will be the visual expert responsible for turning the brand’s concepts into inspiring in‑store experiences that drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the overall look of the store, including window displays and interior styling.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure each customer visit is aligned with Lindex’s brand concepts.
• Develop eye‑catching visual presentations that highlight product ranges and seasonal collections.
• Create innovative display solutions and continuously refresh visual merchandising ideas.
• Train and support colleagues on visual standards and presentation techniques.
• Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Creative individual with a strong passion for fashion and the ability to inspire others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural talent for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Open to feedback, proactive in personal development, and curious about digital tools.
• At least secondary education completed.
• Previous experience as a decorator or visual merchandiser in retail.
• Fluent Estonian and capable of communicating in English, both written and spoken.
• Confidence using digital tools for visual planning.
