Senior Business Analyst – Cash Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Cash Management Department of Luminor. You will work on analysing payment system environments, mapping end‑to‑end payment flows and modelling business processes to support our Pan‑Baltic banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse payment system environments, integrations and application components.
• Map end‑to‑end payment flows from initiation to settlement and reporting.
• Model business processes, user journeys, process and data flows.
• Document functional and non‑functional requirements and create specifications for developers.
• Participate in system testing and organise user training sessions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience gathering and analysing business and technical requirements in IT projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven stakeholder‑management abilities, including requirements workshops.
• Interest in technology and a background in IT, engineering or natural sciences.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• JIRA and Confluence.
• Understanding of payment schemes such as SEPA, Target2 and SWIFT.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
