Digital Product & Delivery Manager

About the role

HeBA Digital and Mentastic are looking for an experienced Digital Product & Delivery Manager to help develop two digital healthcare products: HeBA Digital / Zild, a platform supporting clinical workflows and preventive care, and Mentastic, an AI-powered app for mental wellbeing. You will work directly with company leaders, researchers and healthcare experts, and manage AI-augmented product development workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business needs, identify key problems and propose well-reasoned solutions.
• Set development priorities, prepare specifications and plan delivery.
• Coordinate designers, developers, domain experts and external partners, resolve operational issues and ensure follow-through.
• Make independent development decisions and prepare major business and architectural choices for approval.
• Own delivery and verification through to implementation.
• Manage and improve the AI-augmented development workflow, using AI tools for analysis, planning and quality assurance.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in digital product development or software delivery, with independent responsibility for outcomes.
• Hands-on experience planning and managing software development from business need to working solution.
• Ability to set priorities, decide independently and coordinate people.
• Willingness to take on substantial analytical and operational work personally, with interest in practical AI applications.
• Advanced Estonian (C1 or equivalent) and professional English.
• An advantage: healthcare or regulated software experience, AI tool experience, entrepreneurial experience, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence and agile.
