Team Lead – Healthcare Software Projects

About the role

Net Group is looking for an entrepreneurial, business-driven Team Lead to lead a team of software engineers, analysts and QA engineers focused on digital health projects. The role combines business growth with project delivery: identifying and developing new opportunities, growing existing client accounts and driving the team's business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts
• Lead a team of software engineers, analysts and QA engineers on digital health projects
• Ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction
• Support team members' development, collaboration and motivation
• Shape the team's strategic direction and build capabilities that respond to market opportunities

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, account management or growing client relationships in the private IT sector
• At least 5 years of IT experience and at least 2 years of people leadership experience
• Experience turning client needs into successful projects, and managing business performance, budgets and profitability
• Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and spoken Estonian and English
• Degree or studies in the final stage

Required skills

• Good technical understanding of IT roles and software development processes
• Nice to have: agile software development experience, international client experience, healthcare project experience, and project management or agile certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM)
