Product Owner (Credit Line)

About the role

ESTO is a fast-growing fintech founded in 2017, offering flexible payment options to consumers and helping businesses grow. As Product Owner (Credit Line), you will own and grow the company's revolving credit product used by customers in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. You report to the lead of the consumer products team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the credit line strategy and roadmap, setting priorities that grow customers, usage and revenue while keeping repayments healthy
• Own the core product experience: applying for credit, withdrawing money, increasing limits and managing the account in the self-service app
• Shape credit limits and pricing with the Credit team, and work with Finance and Legal on interest, fees and campaigns per country
• Use AI tools and engineers to prototype flows, automate analysis and reporting, and ship smaller changes yourself, turning bigger needs into clear requirements for engineers
• Track customer movement through the product, run experiments and act on the results
• Support Marketing, Customer Success, Collections, Billing and Legal, and decide what is specific to the credit line

Required profile

• 2+ years in product management, growth or business analysis roles, preferably in fintech, lending or e-commerce
• Hands-on with AI tools (LLM assistants, coding agents, no-code/low-code platforms) and proven ability to build and ship things
• Understanding of how interest, fees, credit limits and late payments affect revenue
• Comfortable with funnels, conversion analysis and analytics tools
• Clear written specs and updates in English, able to work with lawyers, credit analysts and engineers
• Nice to have: consumer lending or credit card experience, knowledge of the Baltic markets, and proficiency in Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian or Russian

Required skills

• Basic SQL is a plus
• Technical fluency with digital products, APIs and data (software engineering not required)
