Full Stack Software Engineer (eSIM Platform)

About the role

1oT makes global IoT connectivity simpler to build and operate, serving clients from e-mobility to asset tracking and smart cities. Its eSIM Core platform lets mobile operators and eSIM service providers manage eSIM profiles, downloads, analytics and administration. 1oT is looking for a full stack engineer to join its Tallinn headquarters and build, scale and maintain the eSIM core platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop large-scale services using Java, REST, Spring and SQL
• Shape front-end development and build user interfaces for the eSIM core application with Vue.js
• Run and maintain AWS services using Terraform, Docker and Grafana
• Take part in platform architecture discussions
• Build eSIM infrastructure according to GSMA specifications
• Handle external integrations via APIs

Required profile

• Solid experience with frontend development, TypeScript-based, at least 2 years of direct frontend work in the last 4 years, able to spot problems and optimise performance without compromising security and maintainability
• Backend development experience is a must; Java experience is strongly preferred, with 2 years of meaningful backend work in the last 4 years
• Ability to work with relational databases
• Willingness to take part in a support rotation
• Self-management skills, problem-solving attitude and experience with various APIs
• Located in Tallinn, Estonia
