Process Designer

About the role

Join Luminor as a Process Designer and help shape efficient, customer‑focused processes across retail banking in the Baltic region. You will work on unifying and optimizing business and sales workflows while supporting employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and continuously improve business and sales processes across all channels.
• Transform local processes into pan‑Baltic standards and create unified working principles for retail units.
• Define competency models for customer‑facing staff and develop related training programs.
• Troubleshoot root causes of customer and employee issues, applying lean methodologies to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate agilely with cross‑functional teams, produce process documentation and business cases for optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience gathering, analysing and structuring business and technical requirements.
• Deep understanding of the banking industry in the Baltic countries and advanced knowledge of banking systems and core processes.
• Demonstrated leadership in facilitating workshops and experience in process design, preferably in retail or customer‑facing environments.
• Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills; fluent English (spoken and written).
