Senior Frontend Engineer - Send Convenience

About the role

Send Convenience builds the experience behind sending money, covering everything from sending money home to paying rent, utilities and taxes. As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will be the team's main web contributor, shaping the flows used by 15 million customers each month. You will work with product, design and engineering colleagues across Tallinn and London.

Key responsibilities

• Build better ways to pay bills across countries such as the UK, Australia and Brazil, turning local payment methods into familiar, easy experiences
• Simplify the send money flow by removing unnecessary steps, repetitive input and confusing choices
• Work with product, design and research to understand customer problems, test ideas and decide what to build
• Own features from launch through to production, making technical decisions, shipping improvements and measuring their impact
• Build performant, accessible interfaces with clear error recovery and share better engineering practices

Required profile

• Has shipped customer-facing web products at scale and can explain the decisions behind them
• Strong eye for UX and attention to detail
• Makes long-term technical decisions and writes clear, testable, maintainable code
• Thinks like a product engineer, using customer feedback and data to guide decisions
• Takes ownership, works independently and collaborates across teams
• Uses AI as a partner to think, check and execute faster

Required skills

• JavaScript and browser fundamentals, with production experience using React or similar
• TypeScript and Node.js
• Server-side rendering and backend development experience is a bonus

Only local candidates are considered, as relocation support is not provided; visa sponsorship transfer is supported for local candidates. Starting salary is EUR 5,750 - EUR 7,083.33 gross per month plus RSUs.
