Senior Product Manager, AI Platform & Ecosystem

About the role

Wrike's Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents, using MCP to give AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills to help them use that access effectively, and GraphQL as a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data. The Senior Product Manager leads the product direction for the AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL, making Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend. The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike
• Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools in their domains
• Lead the discovery and creation of Skills, and set standards others can follow
• Set product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on it
• Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft marketplaces
• Create an approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience
• Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify high-value agent workflows
• Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required

Required profile

• 5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer or enterprise software
• Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance
• Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability and developer experience
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners and senior stakeholders
• Proactive, ownership-driven and able to adapt as you learn
