AI Automation Engineer

About the role

Tickmill is seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimise AI‑driven workflows that support its fast‑growing brokerage operations. You will act as an internal consultant, translating business challenges into intelligent automation solutions that boost efficiency, accuracy and scalability across finance, sales and marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to uncover process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Design, prototype and deploy AI‑agentic workflows using modern LLM‑based frameworks.
• Develop, integrate and maintain AI agents for tasks such as reporting, customer communication, data processing and internal operations.
• Evaluate, benchmark and select optimal AI models, tools and vector‑database solutions.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, context management and workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure robust integration, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Create technical documentation, user guides and training playbooks for deployed automations.
• Monitor performance, refine agent behaviours and continuously improve models.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or integrating AI systems, intelligent agents or automation frameworks.
• Background in Forex, FinTech or similar environments supporting sales, marketing and finance teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate them clearly.
