AI Platform Product Owner

About the role

Join Luminor as an AI Platform Product Owner and lead the development and delivery of AI‑powered solutions across the bank. You will translate strategic goals into a prioritized roadmap, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure the platform meets regulatory and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the AI Platform product backlog end‑to‑end, from strategic translation to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, helping teams adopt and scale AI solutions.
• Design and implement AI idea intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes.
• Define testing, verification standards and pre‑deployment quality gates for AI solutions.
• Drive platform monitoring, operational health metrics, and cost optimization across AWS, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot and other services.
• Partner with architects, security, and governance to ensure compliance with the EU AI Act and DORA.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager managing backlogs and priorities.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience working with AI solutions such as LLMs, Copilot, AI agents or automation platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM) is a plus.
