DevOps Engineer (Customer Experience and Data)

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer in the Data Platform Unit, you will shape the reliability, scalability and efficiency of the bank’s data platforms. You will work with modern cloud‑native technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Flink, Spark, Iceberg and AWS services to enable data‑driven solutions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software tools and automation to improve operational efficiency, reliability and developer experience.
• Design, build and manage cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt) and automation best practices.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and observability with Grafana, Prometheus and CloudWatch.
• Create dashboards, metrics and alerts for proactive issue detection.
• Support incident response, root‑cause analysis and post‑incident reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE with a strong track record of managing cloud infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and GitOps tools (GitLab, Argo CD).
• Fluent English for communication across Pan‑Baltic teams.
