IT Service Desk Specialist

About the role

Admirals, a leading FinTech company, is looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to provide first‑line support to internal employees, handling daily IT requests and ensuring smooth operation of workplace technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize internal IT support tickets via Jira, email, Teams and other channels.
• Assist local and remote staff with hardware, software, printer, Wi‑Fi and VPN issues.
• Perform account and access management, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user support.
• Set up workstations for new hires and support onboarding/off‑boarding processes.
• Prepare, issue, track and return IT equipment, and install/configure software.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT team members.
• Maintain and update internal IT guides and documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in Helpdesk, Service Desk, IT Support or internal user support.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and Russian; Estonian is a plus.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Active Directory (user accounts, groups, password resets, access management).
• Atlassian tools: Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, user account support).
• Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Familiarity with Entra ID/Azure AD, Google Workspace, MDM or endpoint management tools.
• Experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
