AI Trainer – Russian (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for fluent Russian speakers to train AI models by having natural video conversations with other participants. The work is task‑based, fully remote and flexible – you choose when and how much to work.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in live video calls, speaking naturally in Russian about everyday topics.
• Ensure conversations are recorded clearly; use a quiet environment and good‑quality headphones/microphone.

Required profile

• Full fluency in Russian.
• Good English to understand instructions.
• Comfortable holding natural, unscripted conversations over video.
• Quiet workspace with reliable internet and audio equipment.

Required skills

• Fluent Russian language proficiency.
• Basic English comprehension for instructions.
