Associate Partner | EU Public Advisory

About the role

Civitta, an international management consulting, funding and digital solutions company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries, is hiring an Associate Partner for its EU Public Advisory practice in Estonia. You will generate project opportunities and manage projects with public sector clients, working on policy topics such as economic resilience, climate transition and strategic autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Craft a pipeline of local and international projects and build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
• Take part in local and international tenders with high-quality proposals to build a portfolio of public sector projects
• Lead project execution so clients receive high-quality, fact-based results
• Grow and manage a team of professionals, hiring, mentoring and fostering continuous learning and development

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience delivering management consulting projects for the public sector
• Masters degree in Management, Economics, Finance or another relevant field
• Professional level of Estonian and English
• Solid knowledge in at least one of: management consulting, quantitative analysis, financial analysis, strategy
• Ability to build a strong sales pipeline; tender bidding experience is an advantage
• Leadership potential and a self-starter who can manage several projects and complex processes autonomously

• Salary of 4,260 to 4,700 EUR gross per month, depending on experience and assessment
