Business Analyst

About the role

Join Luminor's Document Management Unit as a Business Analyst, driving improvements to the document management platform and related processes. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, turning requirements into practical solutions that boost efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business analysis activities for system enhancements, process improvements, automations, and regulatory changes.
• Gather, analyse, document and manage business requirements throughout the change lifecycle.
• Prepare business cases, specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
• Support solution delivery through functional, regression and user‑acceptance testing.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of requirements.
• Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain visibility of work via Jira boards, dashboards and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting process improvements or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to gather, analyse and manage requirements throughout the change lifecycle.
• Proven experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on participation in IT change initiatives, including testing and validation.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex topics to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for Pan‑Baltic collaboration.
