Product Owner (eArrest)

About the role

Join Luminor Group as a Product Owner for the eArrest solution, driving the product’s vision, roadmap and continuous improvement across the Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle of eArrest, from vision and roadmap to releases and enhancements.
• Define and analyse business requirements, identify optimisation opportunities and support technical implementation.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, service levels and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, IT, Customer Service and other stakeholders to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements and industry standards, and support audits and risk assessments.
• Drive Agile delivery through backlog management, sprint planning and cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Higher education in IT, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management or related field.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role with proven requirements‑gathering and delivery of IT solutions.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for Pan‑Baltic collaboration.
