Business Analyst – Trade Finance

About the role

Join Luminor's Trade Finance Unit as a Business Analyst, bridging business needs and technology to shape future trade finance solutions. You will work with stakeholders, product owners and delivery teams to improve processes, support system development and drive migration initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage business analysis activities for trade finance products such as bank guarantees and letters of credit, covering system enhancements, migrations and regulatory changes.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support product owners with delivery prioritisation, stakeholder alignment and testing activities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet quality expectations and provide post‑release support.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and evaluate technology solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis within financial services, preferably with trade finance products.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Proven experience supporting test planning, execution and user acceptance testing.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for Pan‑Baltic collaboration.

• Gross salary €3,210‑€4,810 per month, based on experience.
