Senior Product Manager - Customer Reporting

About the role

Wise is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Customer Reporting function within the Grow Squad (Wise Assets) in Tallinn. You will build a scalable tax reporting engine that serves millions of customers across 50+ markets, making wealth management invisible and effortless.

Key responsibilities

• Build a scalable engine to calculate taxable income across dozens of markets, adapting to local tax regimes.
• Develop direct integrations with local tax authorities and seamless connections to business accounting software.
• Design and deliver clear, understandable tax reports for both B2B and B2C customers.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, developers, compliance, and analysts to drive informed decisions.
• Launch the foundational automated tax reporting tool for key markets within the first six months.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on product management experience, including launching significant B2C/B2B products.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset with deep empathy for user pain points.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with complex datasets, financial models, and regulatory frameworks.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves, work cross‑functionally, and make autonomous decisions.
