Senior Product Owner

About the role

Join Luminor as a Senior Product Owner to lead the end‑to‑end development of Accounts products, shaping vision, roadmap and priorities while collaborating across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop Accounts products, defining vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Drive product enhancements, system updates, issue resolution and process optimisation, ensuring scalable operations.
• Collaborate with Development, IT, Operations, Customer Service and other stakeholders to define requirements, deliver solutions and ensure successful releases.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, incidents and service levels, implementing improvements and mitigation actions.
• Maintain product, process and data ownership, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Lead product activities in an Agile environment, including backlog prioritisation, sprint planning and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Higher education in IT, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience gathering, analysing and documenting functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present complex topics to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Good understanding of IT systems, services and operational processes; knowledge of banking products and the Baltic market is a plus.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for Pan‑Baltic collaboration.
