Data Steward – Regulatory Reporting

About the role

Join Luminor as a Data Steward in the Regulatory Reporting area, supporting data governance, quality, and compliance for Baltic and European regulatory submissions. You will work closely with business, data, and IT teams to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, structure, and analyse business data use cases to build deep domain understanding.
• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end data quality activities, including assessments, root‑cause analysis and ongoing monitoring.
• Maintain logical data models and metadata, such as definitions, rules and data dictionaries.
• Implement data governance processes, standards and procedures within the domain.
• Represent data management requirements in IT and business projects and support seamless data integration.

Required profile

• Education in Economics, Business Management, Finance, IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data governance and data management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solver attitude and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Very good SQL knowledge for large data sets.
• Experience with MS Office, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, Tableau or PowerBI, Snowflake and ETL tools.

• Gross salary €3,490‑€5,230 per month, based on experience.
